You are never listed to a firm you did not choose.

You answer the questionnaire
Around fifteen minutes, built for accounting practice. It produces your career report and describes what you do precisely enough to be matched properly.

You choose the firms
You pick the firms you would consider working for. Nothing is pre-selected, and choosing none is a perfectly valid answer - you still keep your report.

Only those firms can see you
A partner sees your profile only if you named their firm AND they work in your discipline AND your location matches their search. All three, or nothing.

They ask; you decide
A partner can express interest or invite you to speak. You accept or decline. Messaging opens only if you accept - never before.
- 05
You can withdraw at any time
Remove a firm from your dashboard and your profile leaves their pool immediately. Consent is as easy to take back as it was to give.
What we never do
- We never put you in front of a firm you did not name.
- We never forward your CV, or shortlist you, on your behalf.
- We never take a fee that depends on you being hired.
- We never let a firm message you before you have accepted.
